Alja Horvat

Alja Horvat is an illustrator who grew up in Maribor, Slovenia.

Currently based in Ljubljana where she is studying science and engineering, Alja is a woman of many talents.

Art has long been a passion for Alja, who loves working with her graphic tablet, but loves even more getting her hands dirty with gouache and acrylics.

Alja takes inspiration from all around her; nature, museums, cafes, friends and good conversation.

Alja has a particular interest in the style and music of the 1970’s and 1980’s.
